Our Web server does not automatically recognize personal information regarding the domain name or e-mail address of our customers. We only collect e-mail addresses of those who choose to communicate with us via e-mail or when placing an order. This process alows us to be a better company and to provide the best service possible to our customers. We also collect information from surveys, forms and registration, if you choose to leave such information. 

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. Flinch Outdoor Gear, their affiliates and employees are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may arise from the use or misuse of their prouducts.
